A segment cut from the Virgin Mary’s Veil was placed in a sealed Reliquary and is now in the Imperial Treasury, Vienna. The closeness this relic had to the the Virgin Mary, the Mother of Jesus, can help demonstrate the closeness we too can have in a very meaningful way to Mary and her son, our saviour, Jesus. Our Mother of compassion and understanding who continually intercedes on our behalf is forever present to heal and console.
